• How to Inflate the Propane Gas:
  1. Put the empty 1 lb cylinders in a freezer for several hours.
  2. Insert the valve of the adapter into the 5 to 40 lb propane tank filling port, screw the 1 LB propane tank clockwise into the other end of the adapter.
  3. Put your 5-40lb propane tank upside down and then open the tank valve. Close the 1/4'' on-off control valve.
  4. Install the 1" x 20 Female throwaway cylinder thread on the 1lb tank cylinder.
  5. Open the 5-40 propane tank cylinder valve and then turn on 1/4" on-off control valve.
  6. When the flow of propane gas stops, please shut off the 1/4" on-off control valve and remove the 1 lb cylinder.
  
• How Can I Tell if My Propane Tank is Full?
  1. You can weigh it empty and again after refilling, the camping propane bottle is full when the weight increases by about 1lb.
  2. When inflating, you will hear the gas flowing. When is full, the sound will disappear and become quiet. It takes about 1 minute.
